Born in 1963 in Bydgoszcz. In 1989 graduated from Nicolaus Copernicus University, Law and Administration Faculty. After 3 years of Legal Advisor application, in 1995 passed Legal Advisor examination and received the same title.
Started work for GT in 1994, as a Legal Specialist to become a Legal Advisor later. From 2003 has held a position of Human Resources Manager and Legal Advisor in the field of human resources affairs. In 2007 she was promoted to the position of Vice Director of Human Resources and Legal Advisor.
