Geofizyka Toruń has implemented and developed a certified quality management system in compliance with standard ISO 9001:2008 within the scope of providing services in geophysical and geological data acquisition with processing and interpretation from the design stage to the documentation of results.
Constant improvement is a crux of the system through establishing measurable goals and monitoring their execution along with efficient identification of potentially problematic areas and taking the effective corrective and preventive action. Goals concerning the quality management system are incorporated into the GT CSR Strategy and carried out through established specific tasks.
Processes designed to assure the highest quality services are carried out in accordance with documented procedures subject to regular reviews and internal audits. The supervision of quality of work is the responsibility of the Chief Geophysicist, whose tasks encompass the methodological supervision of designed and performed field seismic operations. However, it is important to note the commitment of all employees to the realization of quality objectives. Creation of unique software not available on the market for seismic data processing which enables us to solve technological problems is an example.
The company puts strong emphasis on the training and qualification of employees and the quality of the applied equipment and software, as evidenced by comprehensive long term training and investment plans.
We attach special importance to direct cooperation and effective communication with the Client in order to ensure the clearest understanding of its expectations, both in the process of the service execution, e.g. through cyclical meetings assessing the quality of performed work, and through studying clients' evaluation forms after project completion.
