Geofizyka Toruń believes that a healthy environment is essential for the proper functioning of society, our employees and business activity, and constitutes a core of a sustainable and strong economy.

As a result, in order to achieve the stated goal of operating in a responsible manner with appropriate respect for the environmental, the Company has implemented and continuously develops a certified environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001:2004 standard.

The main element which enables to carry out projects in a friendly and harmless way for the environment is the system of environmental issues identification along with the implementation of proper operational procedures and constant monitoring of effects. Through the system, the Company carries out seismic projects in various conditions, in environmentally sensitive areas, always in full compliance with legal regulations and environmental restrictions.

In Geofizyka Toruń we set specific goals to increase our pro-environmental activity in order to fulfill the declarations of our Environmental Policy. Great significance is attached to ecological technological solutions, such as use of biodegradable oil, to increase employees' awareness and promote environmentally responsible attitudes, e.g.: for optimal utilization of resources such as energy, water, etc., or appropriate waste management.

Wherever possible, in accordance with the idea of responsible business, we try to connect ecological and pro-environmental activities. This trend includes extending the scope of the Company's services into specialized geophysical (geo-engineering) services for the purpose of geothermal research and localization of underground storage for natural gas and CO2.
